Free shipping
Alloy wheels and complete wheels are shipped free of charge within Germany.
Shipping costs
The delivery costs vary depending on size and weight and are therefore always indicated on the respective article.
Shipping service provider
The dispatch within Germany and the EU is carried out with our logistics partners DHL, UPS, GLS or with DB Schenker for forwarding shipments.
A selection of the service provider is unfortunately not possible for the customer for logistical reasons.
Self-collection
In case of self-collection, we ask you to arrange an appointment with us in advance by phone or e-mail.
Shipping days
All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
As soon as your order has left our shipping center, you will receive an e-mail from DHL and/or UPS with further information about the tracking of your order.
Unfortunately, there is no tracking for freight forwarding shipments. The shipping company will contact you by phone to arrange an individual delivery date.

The general delivery times for the country you have chosen can be found in the following list. Please note that we have no influence on the delivery times of our shipping partners.

Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL/UPS/GLS, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number. You can check the shipment status after 2-3 hours via the tracking link.
Delivery DHL
If you are not at home to receive your delivery personally, this is no problem at all. Together with our shipping partner DHL we make the delivery as comfortable as possible for you. All services are only available to the person who ordered the shipment (the invoice recipient) at his or her e-mail address specified in the order process.
Parcel notification
For your planning you will receive an e-mail from DHL with the announced delivery day. If this day does not suit you, you can define a new desired delivery day directly with DHL.
Desired delivery day
You can postpone the delivery of your package by up to 6 days.
Desired neighbor
Designate a person in your immediate neighborhood to whom DHL may deliver your package when you are not at home. You will then receive an e-mail or notification card when a parcel is waiting for you there. HINT: Inform your neighbor so that they actually receive your shipment.
Drop-off authorization
You have the option to give the shipping partner a drop-off authorization. The driver will then drop off your shipment at a location you specify. HINT: The drop-off location should be dry and protected from the weather, not visible to third parties and freely accessible to the delivery driver.
Delivery to a pick-up station
If you do not choose any of the above options, the package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up station (if you are not at home) and you can usually pick up the package there on the same day.
Delivery UPS
If you are not at home to receive your delivery personally, this is no problem at all. Together with our shipping partner UPS we make the delivery as comfortable as possible for you. All services are only available to the person who ordered the shipment (the invoice recipient) at his or her e-mail address specified in the order process.

Delivery DB Schenker
We provide DB Schenker with your phone number. You will be contacted by phone before delivery to arrange a delivery date.
Please note that freight forwarding shipments are always delivered to the curb.
