Help with the order process
You want to order online from us, but are unsure about the ordering process? No problem!
We will gladly explain the most important steps to you in short form:
Shopping cart
In the shopping cart, please specify the quantity of items, payment method and shipping method.
By clicking on the button „proceed to checkout" you start the ordering process.
Login
If you are not logged in yet, you have to register now. Please enter your e-mail address and your password.
Is this your first order in our webshop?
In this case you only need to enter your e-mail address and then select "I am a new customer".
Billing address
Please enter your complete billing address. During this step you have to confirm that you are aware of our terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions carefully and then mark this point.
If you are a new customer, you will need to enter a password.
Delivery address
In this section please choose the delivery address to which your order should be delivered. If the correct address is not available, please create a new delivery address.
Debit note
Only in case of payment by direct debit you will be asked for your account data. Please pay attention to the correct spelling of your account data.
Order overview
In the last step you get an overview of all given data and all articles, incl. total amount.
By clicking on the button "Send order" your order will be sent legally binding.
The contract of sale is legally concluded by the confirmation of the provider by e-mail.
